I’m Jody and I’m a life coach who specializes in transformation. I work with women who want to integrate mind, body and spirit to find new ways to live fully.
For years I believed the nagging critical voice in my head that downplayed every accomplishment and exaggerated every misstep. I allowed that voice to keep me small, silent and unhappy. Yet, it was all a story. One that I had the power to change.
I understand the power that internal voice holds to distort your reality, so all you see is evidence proving its view of you. Yet, this too is a story. One that is very believable and difficult to refute. One filled with limits that anchor you to old patterns, choices, and behaviors which no longer serve you —which make you feel stuck.
As a professional coach, I am here to walk beside you as you transform your old stories and habits into a new truth that supports your happiness, confidence, and healthy relationships. My experience as partner, coach, educator, sales consultant, single parent/stepparent, student, and entrepreneur brings a deep understanding of the challenges women face. I walked these paths, and I understand the challenges and rewards.
I’ll bring my compassion, intuition, deep listening and willingness to challenge your thinking. You bring your curiosity, commitment, and desire to grow. Together, we will create awareness, skills, and strategies, so you can show up as your authentic self and use your gifts and talents to live to your full potential.
